Tech-Mods takes a look at the ECS RS 480-M (ATI 200 Xpress chipset) mATX motherboard for AMD socket 939 processors:

The RS 480 is a budget minded board with integrated sound, lan, and video. The RS 480 is very versitile with uses ranging from desktop buisness machines, file server applications for home users who build their own, even small gaming rigs for that weekly lan, and for the adventurist the HTPC rig.

..All in all the RS 480-M did quite well for a budget $70 board with integrated graphics. The included features and layout would make this board a good choice for the budget minded user who is building buisness machines, a nice LAN gaming rig, or even a HTPC. ECS has done well with the ATI chipset and good design making the RS 480-M a great bargain.
