Usually, budget and performance don’t go together, however ECS has somehow pulled it off gracefully over the last couple of years with the introduction of their EXTREME series of motherboards. Today, we look at their nVidia 680i SLI solution for INTEL CPU’s.
..ECS has really impressed us with the PN2 SLI2. Not only is the board packed with all the features you would expect for a high end motherboard, but it was quite stable for our overclocking endeavours. Normal, everyday performance is what you would come to expect, but the main differentiator between this and some other motherboard are the BIOS options, which are extremely flexible. Causing a BIOS problem with some super ridunkulous voltage setting should no longer be a huge concern as the board reverts to a more likeable setting for you.
