MODTHEBOX has reviewed CasEdge’s uniquely styled Diabolic Minotaur Mid-Tower Gaming Case:

CasEdge has done a decent job with their first initial case targeted specifically for the gaming market. The Diabolic Minotaur Mid-Tower Gaming Case combines a unique look balanced with some functionality. Consumers will appreciate the wide colour selection which includes seven different styles to personalize this case. The window design is different and will certainly please consumers and novice modders who don’t have the necessary tools or skill to modify their own cases. The front port extension panel includes all the necessary ports for connecting USB based devices, as well as support for Firewire applications and multimedia support. Stock cooling options are very poor and limited to one 120mm fan and air duct for proper air circulation. In order to maximum good air circulation in this case removal of the rear stamped grill and additional blowholes will be necessary.

The tool-less design and drive rail system does work as advertised but needs a little more work to simplify the process of installing computer components. The Diabolic Minotaur Mid-Tower Gaming Case is priced significantly higher than rival mid-tower cases but consumers should keep in mind that it does include a 400w PSU and a 12" Cold Cathode Tube. As for the overall design of the case, most consumers will fall into one of two groups. You will either really love the design of this case or hate it entirely. One aspect that should be noted is that you automatically lose any sort of uniqueness with this product since it is mass produced. Overall, I’m rating the Diabolic Minotaur Mid-Tower Gaming Case a final score of 8 out of 10. If you have any questions regarding this review be sure to visit the CasEdge Inc website for more information or discuss them in our forums.
