This is a great budget card. It can play every new game out there, and at good quality. For the price tag of $119 you get your money’s worth. If you are not using this card for gaming, it can be used for a HTPC. The DVI, and S-Video out on the card are ideal for a HTPC, and the S-Video to component cable is great.
If you are going to be using this card for gaming it WILL play all the newest games. Of course it will not perform as well as the higher-end cards, but if you want a card the will play the games and does it well this is a great card for that. This card is great if you are building a system for someone who does not play games, because it gives them the option of being able to play games without having to upgrade their video card. Overall the Diablotek GeForce 6600 meets the standard of a great budget card, so I can give it a 9 out of 10.
