Crucial PC3200 256MB DDR Review

June 3rd 2003 | Memory

Crucial continue to live up to their name with each and every module we check out here in the HardAve labs. We have reviewed their PC2100 and PC2700 modules, and now the PC3200 module, all showcasing the splendid quality the guys at Crucial can produce. It isn’t the highest rated RAM out there, and it sure doesn’t overclock the best, but for the average PC user who plans on building a power system based on a new 400FSB chipset the Crucial PC3200 DDR SDRAM poses as an extremely worthy value for money solution. Even if you aren’t building a new 400FSB system, rather you’re looking to overclock your current system to the DDR400 standard, then this RAM has value written all over it, just don’t expect to go too much higher than 400 MHz.
