Cooler Master Cavalier 1 Mid-Tower Steel/Aluminum ATX Case Review

October 11th 2004 | Cases & Acc.

Cooler Master has done a great job combining stylish good looks, great features and a very reasonable price. This case screams quality from the aluminum front door to the classic analog sound pressure dial to the clean rolled edges. This case makes a statement no matter where you place it. The Cooler Master Cavalier is as much at home nestled a long side a Marantz hi-fidelity power amp as it is tucked neatly under a desk. Though placing this case under your desk is like hiding one of Picaso’s master pieces under a sheet. The combination of aluminum, steel and plastic melds into a fine poetic statement. From the first time you swing the front door open you feel the quality of the metal and its weight. It delivers a very nice combination of quality and strength.

The total tool less approach is really catching on. Cooler Master delivers one of the nicest implementations that I have ever seen. The all the drive bays, have a unique way of tool lessly acceptancing the drives. Making the transition into this case a very user friendly experience. We highly recommend the Cavalier 1. The combination of features, style and price should put this case at the top of your purchasing short list. If you are in the market for a mid tower case give Cooler Master’s Cavalier 1 a close look, you wont be disappointed.
