Despite the lack of innovation, this is still a fantastic game; probably the best that the XBOX 360 has to offer at the moment. You’ll accomplish the first-person shooter essentials by sneaking your way through Stalingrad, braving the sandstorms of North Africa, and meandering the hills of France. Call of Duty 2 has got everything you could ask for in a WWII shooter and, beyond that, all the features that guarantee success in any FPS.

What Call of Duty 2 means to XBOX 360 might not equal what Halo meant to XBOX, but it is a close to a killer-app as you will find for the XBOX 360.
