December 5th 2002 | Hardware

Dec 4th 2002: BIOSTAR Microtech International unveiled its latest AMD platform motherboard - the M7NCD.

Based on NVIDIA’s discrete nForce2 SPP (System Platform Processor) and MCP-T, the M7NCD supports AGP 8x, dual DDR400 and AMD processors up to 333mhz (and very likely Barton too). Additional features include Dolby® digital 5.1-channel audio, IEEE 1394a, LAN, six USB2.0 ports, and BIOSTAR’s propriety goodies: WarpSpeeder, Flasher, 9th Touch and CPU Saviour.
