ASUS P5WD2-E Premium motherboard review

The ASUS P5WD2-E Premium is an excellent example of the Intel 975x platform. If you want an Intel based motherboard, the P5WD2-E brings to the table a lot of options for overclocking, an excellent bundle and good performance.

The P5WD2-E board supports a lot of features. So many features, in fact that it scored over 40 in our Features rating scale taking it off the charts so to speak. Crossfire is supported on the 975x platform if you are looking for that option.

Usually you pay a price premium for ASUS motherboards and the P5WD2-E is no exception. But you get a lot for your money, which balances things out a bit. Overall a solid two thumbs up for the P5WD2-E.
