Christmas 2007 is going to be a great time to be a gamer, with more triple-A titles coming in the next few months than we saw the whole of last year. If there was ever a time to buy an Xbox 360 it is now, and while many of the titles on display are available of the PS3, notably Assassins Creed and CoD 4, Sony’s console is both more expensive and lacking in proprietary titles such as Halo 3, which annoyingly (for a non-follower like myself) looks set to live up to the incredible hype surrounding it.
Likewise, for those titles available on the PC to run well will require a significantly greater investment of cash in terms of hardware, than the Xbox 360 equivalents, discounting the required HDTV and in some cases will again be exclusive to the console. Better get some more paper, Santa’s getting a long list this year!
