While already a major force in the graphics market, eVGA also produces some fantastic motherboards (their 680i Series of boards are among our favorites). Today HL looks at eVGA’s newest offering, the 650i Ultra. Those of you in the market for a board that won’t break the bank while offering performance worthy of your new Core 2 Duo processor should definitely check this review out.
..While the 650i boards we looked at earlier all left something to be desired, the eVGA 650i SLI proves that eVGA’s monster 680i offerings were no fluke, and that while already a major force in the graphics market, eVGA is becoming equally impressive in an extremely competitive motherboard market.
Considering the price, performance, and eVGA’s support (both their tech support and forums), the eVGA 650i SLI motherboard is an excellent option for the gamer or enthusiast who is either pinching pennies, or who can do without all the bells and whistles found on eVGA’s equally impressive 680i offerings.
