NVIDIA WHQL nForce Drivers v15.01 for WIndows Vista

Fernando 1 writes: nForcersHQ forum member TwL has found the first link to the new Vista nForce chipset driver generation. The packages have the version 15.01 and are dated 2nd July 2007. Thanks for the info!

The new packages contain the following drivers/tools:
• Ethernet Driver (v65.74) WHQL
• SMBus Driver (v4.60) WHQL
• Installer (v5.52)
• IDE SataRAID Driver (v9.92) WHQL
• IDE SataIDE Driver (v9.92) WHQL
• RAIDTOOL Application (v9.83)
• SMU (v1.31) WHQL

The packages for chipsets with integrated graphics contain additionally:
• Display Driver (v158.24) WHQL

Details, which may be interesting:
• The included IDE drivers v.9.92 dated 04/19/2007 are exactly the same as the ones which were published by Dell some weeks ago. Nevertheless there is an important difference between Dell’s and NVIDIA’s nForce IDE driver pack: NVIDIA’s now published official version 15.01 contains a separate SATA_IDE driver folder (WHQL signed).
• All Vista nForce chipset driver packages v.15.01 NVIDIA is linking for the various nForce chipsets, seem to be totally identical. So users will not get any problem, if they have downloaded the package from a wrong nForce chipset page (unless they try to load the 15.01G package, which has additionally the above mentioned Display driver included and an other installer).
• nForce2 and nForce3 chipsets are not supported by the 15.01 package.
