Antec Vcool VGA Cooler Review

August 15th 2005 | Cooling

When the new 7800GTX came out, I decided I needed a new card, and of course bought it as soon as it came out. The first thing I notice besides the improved gfx performance, was the heat that it puts out! 59c-61c at idle and it hits 85c under load.

When I heard I was getting a VCOOL from Antec I was actually excited in trying something new, that might actually reduce the temps of this awesome card. And guess what? It works and works well, I am very impressed and will be keeping the VCOOL in my system permanently.
