AMD Turion 64 Arrives in Japan

Turion 64 which is announced formally in March, for Mobile notebook will be available next week in Japan. This 90nm SOI process production adopts AMD64 architecture CPU is similar to its earlier ones. The main difference with existing Mobile Athlon 64 is that it will support SSE3 and DDR400 memory (SO-DIMM)

This processor has 754pins, HTT is 800MHz, supports PowerNow!. In addition 3DNow! Professional and extended virus prevention function of Windows XP Service Pack 2 correspondence (Enhanced Virus Protection).

There are various models. As for ML as for 35W and MT consumes 25W The higher end ML series is "ML-37" (operational clock 2.0GHz/2 next cache capacity 1MB). For MT series, the high end model is "MT-34" (1.8GHz/1MB) The other 3 models are "ML-32" "MT-32" (together 1.8GHz) as for 2 models secondary cache capacity has become 512KB.
