Altec Lansing MX5021 2.1 Speaker System review

May 24th 2006 | Multimedia

With a heritage stretching back to the Post-War era, Altec Lansing has always been first and foremost a speaker company. Though their focus has turned to PC speakers and personal audio, Altec has never forgotten its big system hi-fi days. The THX certified MX 5021 successfully brings this legacy to your bookshelf or desktop.

Altec Lansing’s MX 5021s deliver well balanced and vivid sound with performance to match. Styling is beautiful, and there is nothing about these speakers that looks or feels cheap. Since they have been on the market for awhile, the MX 5021s can be found at a very reasonable street price of ~$130 if you know where to look.
