Even the most dedicated computer hobbyists end up buying notebook computers from companies which they normally do their best avoid. As such, it makes sense that when it comes time to buy a notebook they will look into buying from a company which builts for computer enthusiasts, despite the price premium involved. This appears to be the basic idea behind Alienware’s Sentia systems.
What the m3400 does offer is a nice looking package, reasonable pricing, and the chance to buy some serious upgrades. The Alienware brand name will cost consumers a few dollars extra, but does does come with some nice tweaks to the exterior and Alienware’s excellent technical support.
