Albatron GeForce 6600GT (PCI-E) Video Card Review

January 17th 2005 | Graphics Cards

The 6600GT chipset is probably the best mid-range solution that nVidia has ever produced, and Albatron has done a fine job manufacturing their version of it. With the oversized gold heatsink on the blue PCB, it’s got the looks. And with very nice frame rates in all of our benchmarks it’s got the horsepower under the hood as well. While both of our 6600GT’s, the Inno3D and Albatron, were basically running neck and neck in frame rates, the Albatron Trinity has a nicer bundle with a 5-in-1 game pack CD as well as Arx Fatalis.

Albatron has definitely put together a good bang for your buck card with their Trinity 6600GT. Add into that the SLI capabilities and you’ve got something worth spending your hard earned cash on.
